Work profile on daily basis:

• Making telecalls to schools.
• Explaining product information, securing appointments and arranging presentations with decision makers in the schools.
• Rigorous follow-up with schools through telecalling, sending emails etc.
• Achieving sales targets in term of number of telecalls and appointments secured.
• Daily reporting to manager;

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12) and above in any field

General

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales
• Preferred: 1 year experience in sale of education products such as books, stationery, university courses etc. to schools
• Should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
• Should have excellent networking and relationship building skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point) and Internet
• Orientation towards meeting deadlines and targets
• Disciplined and organized; timely reporting to the manager
• Age: No criteria
• Gender: Females for all 2 positions
• BEE: No criteria
• Race: No criteria
• Preferred: disabled

Salary and Benefits

• R 12,000.00 per month fixed cost to company (CTC), negotiable
• No additional benefits other than UIF and SDL (no medical or insurance benefits or 13th cheque)
• No reimbursement for petrol
• No reimbursement for cellphone
• Monthly sales incentives on achieving the targets @ up to 1% of revenue
• Yearly performance appraisal. Increment and bonus based on performance
