• Closing sales
• Approaching and visiting schools
• Conducting pre-sales meetings, product demonstrations and presentations in schools
• Achieving sales targets
• Rigorous telephonic follow-up with schools
• Maintaining strong after sales relationship with client schools
• Daily reporting to manager

Reporting to: Country Head

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor/Post-Graduate, preferably in Education

General

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching Mathematics / Science; OR
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sale of education products such as books, stationery, university courses etc. to schools
• Should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality
• Should have excellent networking and relationship building skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point) and Internet
• Orientation towards meeting deadlines and targets
• Disciplined and organized; timely reporting to the manager
• Age: No criteria
• Gender: Preferably females for all 5 positions
• BEE: No criteria
• Race: No criteria

Salary and Benefits

• R 15,000.00 per month fixed cost to company (CTC), negotiable
• No additional benefits other than UIF and SDL (no medical or insurance benefits or 13th cheque)
• Reimbursement for petrol @ R2.50 per KM
• Reimbursement for cellphone @ R275 per month
• Monthly sales incentives on achieving the targets @ up to 2.5% of revenue
